Latitude CG® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Due to the Memorial Day Holiday weekend, it will be promoted to production on Tuesday evening, May 28, 2024. A release version will be provided after the post.

ENHANCEMENTS

Interest Lists: Made enhancements to the current interest list viewing interface to make it easier to understand and work with interest information in the LMS. The updates include –

  • Limiting the Review Interest Summary to show only ILT courses.
  • On the Interest List Details page, added hh:mm details to the date display on the detailed results, to be able to differentiate between students who may have the same dd/mm/yyyy value. Also added prerequisite status to the detailed results page.
  • On the Interest List Details page, added an output type option next to the print button that will allow the results to be exported to Excel or PDF based on the value selected.
  • Removed the Interest List Graph from the administrative menu.

RESOLVED ISSUES

Courses: Improved the sequencing of transcript updates from SCORM content to prevent rapid API calls from making changes to a transcript all at once. Also removed code that was setting a transcript to Pass if the SCORM content sent a status of “unknown” or “incomplete” with a progress score of 100.

Enroll Others: Corrected issues in Enroll Others in which managers who could see employees in My Team could not find or enroll them in courses, getting the error “user does not exist or you do not have authority to view this user” after attempting Quick Enroll.

Interests: Fixed an issue in which clicking on the Location number from Review Interest Search Results would display the wrong number of locations.

Manage Users Page: Made the following changes-

  • Corrected an error which was inadvertently allowing logged in users to manage themselves. Now if you enter your own name in Manage Users, it will indicate “Username not available”.
  • Fixed a broken link for the online help for this page.

My Team Page: Corrected so that the logged-in user’s name/username is not duplicated at the top of the drop-down list for the User filter. This also corrected a similar issue for the Report Writer Standard Filter for Username.

Reporting: Made the following changes-

  • Fixed misspellings in Advanced Filters and Column Headings.
  • Changed the email address entry to a standard text box rather than a multi-select text box so that it’s possible to enter a list of email addresses separated by a semi-colon (;).
  • Added a validation message noting that the To:, CC:, and BCC: character limit is 2000. The message displayed is “This field allows a maximum of 2000 characters. To include more email recipients, use a group email address when possible.”

Skill Profiles: Updated the Edit Skill Profile page so that when you are on the tabs for Skill Area and Skill Level, you still have visibility of which Skill Profile is being edited.
